Winner must reply within 48 hours of bid and payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation
Adopt will go to the next highest bidder if winner failed to reply or provide payment
Feel free to add or have minor changes (must also follow CS redesign rules)
Client can only sell this adopt for the amount it is bought for and can only sell it at a higher price if there are commissioned art pieces that increases its value
