Lizz Dodgson is a 16 year old girl with a wonderful life ahead of her. It's winter vacation, and she can't wait to spend it with her loving family and her best friend, Robert! Robbie's a bit of an introvert, but that won't stop Lizz! She's going to make sure they have the best vacation ever!
Lizz Dodgson died in early January, two years ago, right before the end of winter vacation, in a murder-suicide in which she killed her father and then herself. Her home life was not loving. Her father was a single parent, and though he never got violent or sexual with Lizz, he was incredibly neglectful.
This Lizz Dodgson is an idealization of her, formed by Chess using Robert's image of her in his mind, as a part of Chess's wonderland for Robert. The real Lizz was a lot skinnier and less healthy due to malnutrition, and Robert, dealing with his own problems, had not been for there when she needed him most. However, in Robert's personal wonderland, none of this ever happened, Lizz is alive, and perfect, and winter vacation seems to be lasting forever...
