SHUKVH'S TOS (updated as of 1/31/24)

- DO NOT sell a design for more than you bought it for unless it has extra art (whether that be from you or commissioned)

- DO NOT put/use my designs for AI, NFT ect

- DO NOT use my designs to promote hate speech or gross stuff like p*dophilia and such

- DO NOT de-transistion trans designs (eg. removing top surgery scars)

- DO NOT whitewash my designs. This includes removing textured or protective hair styles and replacing it with straight hair, changing dark skin colors to a lighter tone (instant blacklist) or removing markings/tattoos that are apart of the culture they represent/are apart of. List goes on but you get the jist!

- DO NOT sell my designs on amino OR offsite for that matter, not only does it make it harder to know who owns the design anymore but I am not comfortable with it!

- DO NOT apply your own TOS to my designs, that's just. odd.

- DO NOT hide my designs. if you need/want to, please provide an access key/authorize me (if you dont know, you can actually make specific authorization lists)! i like to know who owns my designs (and to make sure they aren't in the hands of anyone I've blacklisted)

- YOU MAY sell a design you got through trade/gift, i don't mind! Just make sure the price is something you and the other involved agree on. Just don't have the price be something crazy

- YOU MAY redesign my designs however you wish (just keep the original design somewhere like in a tab or hidden)

- YOU MAY co-own my designs BUT keep it to one profile! Do not create multiple, it helps keeps things more organized

I don’t really care what/how you use my designs (ofc if it’s not breaking the stuff above) BUT if you do stuff like trade-backs and co-owns and the other party/party involved breaks whatever you guys promised on, IT IS NOT MY BUSINESS. In no way will I involve myself in something that has nothing to do with me! So do not come to me about it cause I will just shrug at you man..!
