Physical Description: her most striking feature is her cold, "steely" demeanor present even in her physical stance. she is tall with a slightly-muscular build thanks to her years of training and experience. she has light blonde hair and cold gray eyes often drawn half-shut in a wary glare, her complexion pale. she has a very sharp facial structure with defined cheekbones. she often wears the standard military blue uniform and is rarely seen without it. she's obviously more comfortable in uniform with a weapon equipped. her voice is naturally quiet but stern and firm and precise: she has no need to shout or raise her voice thanks to her presence alone. she makes no secret of things she despises, though her serious facial expression rarely changes. 

Notable Characteristics: trained in standard forms of combat (rifle, saber, close quarters, some martial arts); much stronger than she appears at first glance. cold, gray eyes and nearly-white hair. exceptional organization and interpersonal effectiveness, promoted to commander fairly early in her military career. she gets things done one way or another and is not afraid to dirty her own hands.

she likes black tea, cold days, snow, organizing and cleaning (especially equipment), and reading. she does not like sharing these with anyone else.

Personal Profile: a cold, steely military commander, essentially a figurehead of the staunch character of the Party itself: ordered, precise, determined, and loyal. she leads her command with cool calculation, moving her soldiers like chess pieces, well-aware of their limits and their strengths. having a good judge of character and others' abilities means she is not above using or exploiting them to reach her goal, but she cares much more about results than the means to achieve them. 

she's interacted and put in place reaxis combat and quarantine efforts and is no stranger to fighting the monsters, herself. she has intense pride in her abilities, which means any loss devastates her. in particular, a run-in with the "Black Dragon" (the mutated reaxis form of Gabe Cruz) alone destroys a large portion of her command, and she feels an obsessive need for revenge because of it. she likes to think of herself as unstoppable, and anything that tries to tell her otherwise must be, itself, stopped. 

Character History: Rosenberg does not discuss her upbringing; what's known and on-record of her early years is full of tumult and wartime unrest. losing her parents before the age of ten, she fell into care of the state and lived with several sets of foster parents before turning seventeen and joining the Party. she does not like talking about her personal life, either. she took the name "Rosenberg" with her entry to the Party. her former name is unknown.
