TBN's Ownership

1. A design received from this account for free cannot be resold unless otherwise stated.

2. A design received in trade for artwork, customs, designs, etc. can only be sold for currency, virtual or otherwise, if said character has received 3 or more additional artworks of novice level or higher.
Alternatively, 3 or more completed literatures of 5k words or more, with minimal spelling mistakes and grammatical issues, the length of an average chapter, will work as well. 1 completed literature with 3 5k word chapters would also suffice.
Otherwise, gifting and trading are valid options.

3. A design bought from SiveraTradeHub cannot be resold for more than it was attained for, unless the character has 1 or more additional art pieces of novice level or higher. Alternatively, 1 or more completed literatures of 5k words or more, with minimal spelling mistakes and grammatical issues, the length of an average chapter, will work as well.

4. Characters may be redesigned but must continue to be recognizable to the past iteration(s). Do not remove the original design images or design credits from the characters.

5. Designs bought from SiveraTradeHub do not have commercial license. Attempting to use them for media such as published mangas, television shows, movies, merchandising, etc., is disallowed. A commercial allowance can be negotiated upon and bought at any time.

6. Any purchases or trades made are final. Refunds will not be issued.

7. Please do not retire a design made by SiveraTradeHub or SilverSpade, if it is because they are unwanted or unloved, without permission. If a design is unwanted and/or unused, and the current owner is unwilling or unable to hold onto a design made by SilverSpade or SiveraTradeHub, please return the design to SiveraTradeHub or SilverSpade.

8. Do not claim designer credit over a design that you did not create. Do not remove designer credits. If a design has been redesign, you may add the redesigner to the designer credits.

9. Once a design has received artwork or literatures of a value equal to or greater than $250 USD and is not currently marked as available for resale, inform SiveraTradeHub or SilverSpade with proof so that the character permissions can be changed to allow selling.

Though it is not a requirement, it would be appreciated if SiveraTradeHub or SilverSpade was both notified and allowed to offer on a character that is being put up for offer, trade, or sale. It would also be appreciated if there was an option to buy back the design at original sale price.
