Zhu Junhui ( onyomi: Shu Shunkai ) is a member of the influential Zhu family of Wu, and is the younger brother of Wu General Zhu Huan and cousin to Zhu Ran. While a feared general, he was scrutinized after his brother had bouts of insanity and committed war crimes. His ability to discipline troops have often led to his own troops fearing him, and soldiers under other generals dreading to be under his wing.

Junhui was never an NPC from previous games, but he had been mentioned in Dynasty Warriors 7 and Dynasty Warriors 8 as a general other soldiers feared.
