You can change the design but not too much, with design edits such as slight color shifting (e.g. red to orange/pink), changing the hairstyle, changing gender or slightly altering body type.
Please don't claim this design as yours and it WILL NOT be CS, OS
Please credit me when you use this art image and make sure to credit me for the creator on Toyhou.se
No, Resell for a higher value than you paid (Unless new artwork is included, for adding prices from works obtained from the trade or drawing by yourself is not allowed)
You can give the adopt a name, a personality, alternate clothes, and a gender
