RUSHWIND IS AN AMAZING CARETAKER, always caring for the kits in PineClan as if they were his own. Other than being great at his job, he's an amazing crafter and loves to make gifts for those he's close to.
Despite his clearly family oriented instincts, Rushwind enjoys to spend time alone, being extremely introverted and preferring to spend some quiet time when free from his duties.

With an insatiable curiosity, Rushwind's thirst for knowledge fuels his desire to explore and understand the world around him. He eagerly delves into new subjects and eagerly seeks out answers to his many questions, demonstrating an innate inquisitiveness that is both endearing and admirable.
Consideration and kindness are integral parts of Rushwind's character. He possesses a deep empathy for others and consistently displays thoughtfulness in his actions. Whether it's lending a helping hand to a friend or offering words of encouragement, he is always ready to extend his support. This compassionate nature makes him a trusted confidant and an invaluable friend.
Despite his tender age, Rushwind displays a level of maturity beyond his years. He approaches challenges and obstacles with a composed demeanor, handling them with grace and composure. His ability to stay calm in the face of adversity is a testament to his inner strength and resilience.
Trusting by nature, Rushwind readily places his faith in others. He believes in the inherent goodness of people and tends to see the best in everyone he encounters. This trust not only fosters strong relationships but also encourages others to rise to their potential.
Rushwind is extremely gullible, not being able to pick up on undertones and easily falling for lies. It leads to him believing every word that those around him speak.
Rushwind is obedient and respects authority. He understands the importance of rules and guidelines and adheres to them faithfully. This sense of discipline and respect for authority figures sets him apart as a reliable and dependable individual. Though, sometimes, it leads to situations where he obeys anyone and everyone, no matter the order.
Alongside his other qualities, Rushwind is also remarkably sensitive. He is easily affected by words and it can lead to quite the frustrating conversations.
Rushpaw is a handsome gray tom with darker gray markings all over his body. He has four white mittens, two dark spots around his eyes, freckles and teal blue eyes. Fur overgrown on his head, he allows some of it to fall over his right eye and the rest he ties into a small bun. His left paw is broken and crippled by a tree landing on him in his younger years.
- Spots are random.
- Never without bun.
- Leg is crippled from an accident.
Rushkit was found by a patrol of PineClan warriors when he was barely old enough to walk, lost in the forest with Flickerpaw, Sycamorekit, Flutteringkit, Hailkit, Quillkit and Sunnykit.
He was welcomed into the clan with the others and soon meets Sagekit as she joins the clan with her grandfathers, Frog and Toad. The two become great friends, despite Flickerpaw’s.. ruder antics.
During his youth, the tom got many gifts from multiple warriors and bonded with them, but he was much too shy to actually reach out to anyone. Soon though, Rushkit began testing the waters by speaking to a few others members of his clan, slowly but surely developing more social skills.
When he became 6 moons old, Rushkit earned the name Rushpaw and got Lightripple as his mentor. They both bonded and trained together, but the thought of not having a family truly stuck with Rushpaw..
One day, he had enough. He ran away from camp during a violent snowstorm, a tree crashing down on his front left leg and permanently injuring his limb. He was trapped in the forest for an entire day, yet he was found by a patrol consisting of Lightripple and a few other cats.
After returning, Rushpaw realized that he already had a family in PineClan, and that he should focus on what he already had instead of what he didn't. The young tom got used to his injured leg and got back to his normal duties after a few moons of healing.
One day, while on a walk with his mentor Lightripple, he confessed that he wanted to turn into a caretaker instead. Lightripple seemed skeptical at first, but he ultimately agreed and told Whitestar about Rushpaw's decision.
Finally, Rushpaw became what he always wanted to be: a caretaker. Earning his name, Rushwind was congratulated by all of his friends, especiallu his closest friend, Clearhaze, who'd ranked up along with him. Later on, Rushwind admitted that he saw Clearhaze as more than just a friend.. he saw him as a brother. The two, both agreeing that they were thick as thieves and ready to become siblings, officiated it with the high ranks and became official brothers.
Rushwind was having a great time, but then.. Tigerpounce, Lightripple's daughter and someone who Rushwind considered his sister, left the clan to chase down her lover, Lichentrail. He was heartbroken, but he had to be strong. As time passed, Lightripple began to bond with another cat.. Ashriver. Rushwind never really liked Ashriver, revolted by his whore-like behaviour and defensive when he began to chase after Lightripple. After a heated argument between Lightripple and Rushwind, many insults were thrown, and many tears were shed. In the end of it all, Rushwind ran away from the other feeling worthless as ever..
But, one day while sunning himself and thinking about his life, a new face introduced himself into Rushwind's life; Valorchant. The tom eas quite surprised that someone genuinely wanted to speak to him, and so he became quite attached to the other tom. Though, for some reason, he never did seem to want to speak to Rushwind abain.. why's that?
