A lawful evil villain methodically takes what he wants within the limits of his code of conduct without regard for whom it hurts. He cares about tradition, loyalty, and order but not about freedom, dignity, or life. He plays by the rules but without mercy or compassion. He is comfortable in a hierarchy and would like to rule, but is willing to serve. He condemns others not according to their actions but according to race, religion, homeland, or social rank. He is loath to break laws or promises.

This reluctance comes partly from his nature and partly because he depends on order to protect himself from those who oppose him on moral grounds. Some lawful evil villains have particular taboos, such as not killing in cold blood (but having underlings do it) or not letting children come to harm (if it can be helped). They imagine that these compunctions put them above unprincipled villains.

Some lawful evil people and creatures commit themselves to evil with a zeal like that of a crusader committed to good. Beyond being willing to hurt others for their own ends, they take pleasure in spreading evil as an end unto itself. They may also see doing evil as part of a duty to an evil deity or master.

Lawful evil is sometimes called "diabolical," because devils are the epitome of lawful evil.

She's (in human ages) a young adult with an average body and build. Extremely pale.

She has white eyes and layered dirty blonde hair.

Her sense in fashion is tasteful. She'll look good but for herself but also would prefer to be comfortable while wearing something.

Her personality is endulgement (she wants to experience what the world has to offer. She is also cold and distant unless you are in her clan or group of followers, won't show you what she is feeling and keeps it buried inside. Usually takes it out on whomever is on her hitlist.

She has a cynical sense of humor, often laughing at others misfortunes as well.

She is very curious and will ask anything and everything about a topic she wants to research. 

She has a tenancy of biting and licking her lips a lot, whether in the midst of conversation, staring off into space or after a hit.

Her birthplace is a city on an island away from many people. The island itself was commercially built up, though the townsfolk are very suspicious of everyone that lives there as it's not tight knit.

Before she was reborn she was from the poor side of town, often missing out on meals a day except maybe one when they could buy a loaf or steal produce when the market owners were not looking. She looks down on the poor society now since she knows there is a much better life than her past. That is perhaps why she is curious and eager to know about the world since she couldn't keep an education while living at home and had to drop out. She was reborn into the middle class and knows it's a better place to be. She's Athiest and has disowned her family mostly for the sake of them believing she is dead. 

Sexuality is Pansexual with a healthy sex drive. Sometimes that's how she will get her free meals as well since she cannot contract anything, yet there is still a possibility she could bear children if not careful. She'll jump anyone who'll woo her though so she's not too bothered by that small chance.
