T.O.S.

Please keep in mind that I am in no way an expert or a proffesional, just an artist who wants to give art! Not following these rules will result in a blacklist/block!

General

• Please do not steal, recolor, or trace any of my designs.
• Colorpicking and (not heavy) inspiration is alright, but always double-check with the owner.
• Mature accounts are blocked.

Ownership

• Please do not draw NSFW of my designs. I am a minor and it makes me uncomfortable.
• Feel free to make them anthro/feral/human however you want.
• I do not wish for my art to be included in anything homophobic, transphobic, racist, pedo, zoo, etc.
• Any involvement with NFTs or A.I. usage is not allowed.

Redesign

• Keep all redesigns with the original design.
  • Unless the redesign is not recognizable as the original.
• Selling the original design is fine as long as the redesign is not too similar to the original.

Selling/Trading/Gifting

• Do not sell/trade/gift immediately after getting. At the least, wait 48 hours.
• If you recieved a design for free, their original value is free.
  • Adding art to their value is fine!
• Do not drastically change their value
  • (ex: You recieve a design for 5$ and sell it for 10$ without any additional art value)
• Id rather my designs stay onsite, please avoid transferring them offsite.
  • If a design has already been sold offsite, please let me know.

Deleting

• If you wish to delete one of my designs, please ask/tell me so that I can either

1. Resell/retrade/gift it to someone else, whether it be through a raffle or adopt of some sort.
2. Give you the permission to delete it
3. Keep the design for myself

I am not responsible for anything the owner of my design does with it! If you have any questions please ask! If you are blacklisted, or have broken my rules after reading and agreeing to my TOS, I can reclaim my design back (Rule 3.3 of Toyhouse).

Blacklist

Users on this list are not allowed to own any of my designs due to not following my T.O.S. or for personal reasons
