A JJBA AU, despite the fact that I've never actually watched JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Salvatore is a close ally of Dio and helps him in his various schemes and atrocities. However, Salvatore hates Dio's fucking guts and the feeling is pretty mutual. But welp Sal is a loyal motherfucker and Dio managed to earn his loyalty.
Or, alternatively: Salvatore O'Malley gets the internalized homophobia fucked out of him and ends up hanging out with a batshit evil god complex-having vampire named Dio. At least he gets some cool superpowers out of it.
