SUMMARY

His name is Niles Carter, but he takes on the alias Neon Cupid. Neon is a very eccentric and bright (in the literal sense) vigilante who also works as a bartender. On the surface he seems very selfish and dangerous which he wants but really he has a lot of deadly plans in mind and a sister to keep safe.

He has fire magic that's specially stylized with neon pink and yellow colors, he has no idea how it came to be like that, but he went wild with the theme for himself. His main thing is arson and what attracts clients is no evidence left behind :}

STORY

AS NILES

Niles has very different personalities based on the people he talks to and who he's currently being. But they can all technically be considered him. As himself he's very laid back and charismatic, he loves to flirt and joke around. He works as a bartender and usually takes up odd little jobs on his off time to get some extra cash, and if not he goes home to accompany his older sister.

AS NEON

As Neon he lets himself a little loose. He's loud and eccentric and pretty sassy and sarcastic and maybe a little manic. He has a job as a hitman while also advancing his own agenda and he loves the thrill of it. He likes to have fun with what he does which is getting rid of rich evil asshats. Though despite his very bold aesthetic and displays, he likes to stay away from very public appearances (ie: getting caught) so a certain family member doesn't notice him doing it.
