Rule The Goat

Personality

Rule  acts as if the world is beneath them, as if they were the toughest  thing to ever walk to streets, but in actuality Rule has a difficult  time breaking the rules, as they don't wish to harm or inconvenience  anyone. Rule has their walls up but refuses to admit it as it would  destroy their tough gal persona they put up.
They wish to collect the  Chaos emeralds in order to build an amp so powerful it allows them to  stream their bands music worldwide.

Design Notes

Rule has 2 sets of horns on their head, one that curls down around their face and the other that curves upward.
They are a mix of a goat and sheep, although display more Sheep like features with their big fluffy (And well maintained) Coat.
Rule  wears a torn red crop top, a leather jacket with it's sleeves rolled  up, Torn jeans and deadly steel toe boots, fingerless gloves with steel  on the knuckles
