Design Terms of Use
Gifting is fine, make sure the new owner knows the rules and species. After being gifted it can only be gifted from now on. For selling, the design must only be sold for the price you paid or the worth of all the art you paid for (free art won't count into their full value!). I want prices to be fair so I will correct anyone if they overprice a design for sale. Trading is fine, make sure the new owner knows the rules and species. After being traded it can only be traded from now on. Always make sure to update the Masterlist!

All owners of my designs and/or artwork agree to my Terms of Service when purchasing or trading for my art and designs.
- The design can only be resold for what you paid. If the character comes with extra commissioned artwork then the price you paid can be added on to the final price.
- Don't resell a design you got in a gift/trade.
- Always credit Melyuni for my artwork and designs.
- Non closed-species designs can be edited as you wish. Keep it recognizable please.
- Do not use the design for any commercial use.

- Venomaws are a Closed Species by Melyuni.
- My full Terms of Service also applies to Venomaw characters. Make sure to follow the Venomaw-specific sections as well in my TOS.

- Do not create a Venomaw without my permission. They can only be created through events like MYO sales and customs I open.
- Always credit me for the species.
