Personality: Quiet and calculated, Spidershiver tends to overthink every action, even to the point inaction. Her quiet nature doesn't make her very approachable, so she often spends most of her days alone in camp or doing tasks on her own. She has a great desire to show her worth to those around her, so she never takes issue with being asks to go on patrol or help a clanmate. She has an easy time taking lead of a situation, and knows to ask for help if she is uncertain of what to do. Tends to hold grudges easily, even if it's over something small. Can be aggressive if someone is bugging her when she wishes to be alone.
Background: She was born as Spider outside the Clans. When she was about 3 moons old she was abandoned by her mother, and wandered the forests alone until she was found by a CloverClan patrol. Frogstar welcomes her into the Clan, renaming her Spiderkit, and she is adopted by Cormorantpelt and Cootheart. They raise Spiderkit as their own, alongside their biological kits, Starlingkit and Nightkit. Spiderkit formed fast relationships with her adoptive siblings, especially Starlingkit, and became lonely when the older kits were apprenticed a moon before her. Cormorantpelt stayed with her in the nursery until she was apprenticed, and encouraged Spiderkit to make friends with the older apprentices and younger kits. As Spiderpaw she was apprenticed to senior warrior Hareface, a no nonsense, yet friendly cat. Spiderpaw's apprenticeship helped prove herself to her clanmates as a dependable warrior, as she was renamed Spidershiver. Soon after her warrior ceremony Cormorantpelt dies of green cough, causing Spidershiver to go into a spiral of grief. The situation caused a rift in her relationship with Nightcry, but Starlingcloud and Cootheart stayed by her side throughout the ordeal. The birth of Starlingcloud's only kit, Cormorantkit, brought the family back together, although Spidershiver and Nightcry would never be as close as they once were. Spidershiver is given her first apprentice, Poppypaw, soon after Cormorantkit's birth. Spidershiver quickly took on the responsibility of training her younger clanmate, and the two form a great relationship. When her apprentice became a warrior, Poppyear, they maintained a good relationship, and would consisntantly go on patrols together. When Thymetail dies and the turning sickness is brought into the clan, Spidershiver tries to remain calm, and comfort her clanmates. Frogstar's choice of naming her deputy after Mistfur's death surprised her, but she didn't turn it down. After loosing the entirety of clan leadership, as well as a few loyal warriors to the turning sickness, Spidershiver makes the choice to abandon CloverClan camp after the turned overrun it. Once her clan is safe, Rookstone, the extremely young medicine cat of CloverClan, convinces her to receive her nine lives from StarClan. However StarClan never comes, so Spidershiver, Rookstone, and newly appointed deputy Starlingcloud, choose to keep StarClan's silence a secret, especially from SpruceClan.
