An asteroid from a distant star system who was the subject of some civilization's test to deflect asteroids by changing their reflectivity. One side of her was painted white, the other black. This worked a bit too well and her orbit was changed enough to slingshot her out of her system, and she now drifts through the galaxy as an interstellar asteroid.
