There's no option to buy them separately because they're supposed to come together. It also wouldn't make much sense because then each of the codes would cost at least $5-$6, so the bundle is a huge discount already

Hi! What do you mean by separating the codes? You should have received all 12 different files after purchase, each one with a standalone code, unless something went wrong. Can you DM me and tell a bit more about the problem/share some screenshots possibly so I can better understand what you're struggling with?
