Unit

I think the world would be a better place if everyone just stopped and took the time to say whatever they were about to spew out of their mouth in their head first so they knew how stupid they were about to sound.

Unit is defensive and sarcastic, but overall caring for his group and made them a team. He was Stereo's partner prior to the events of the Heart of Glass. Unfortunately the season before, he was discovered as a mage using forbidden magic and was given the go-ahead to be executed, which caused Stereo to go rogue. Before this, he was the sassiest and snarkiest of their friend group, which also included the foxes, Mono and Switch. 

Unit originally dated Switch but after they broke up, Switch pushed him toward Stereo and the two became partners. Unit is overall not a push-over but does cave easily and the foxes like to use that to their advantage and this puts Unit for bigger risks. Stereo in kind jumps right into the chaos which encourages Unit and the group accelerates the levels of mischief from there. Unit was putting himself in danger to get into trouble with his friends due to his ability of magic. When helping them, he kept the group unaware to when sometimes when things worked out to their benefit, not letting them know it was more than just luck and was more due to Unit's extremely powerful abilities.

Unit more or less was the quietest of his friends, but interjected the most jokes and sass and also often was a voice of reason if the other three started messing up on stuff. Unit didn't really want them to ever get caught being bad but magic-use wasn't the only "trouble" Unit and the crew would get up to. With Stereo already estranged from his family due to not meshing with the older siblings because of the age difference and his littermate, Video, being kind of cold in general during their teen years and focusing on her studies, Unit and him bonded closely as friends, and the two were drawn to this group of troubler where they discreetly got into mischief together as a team. Unit saw that Stereo originally was part of even more malicious folk, but he and the crew pulled him out of it and were the next best thing because they were edgy, but not criminal... (ish)
