Umeko Kuro

Quirk is called 'Hourglass'! She can channel her quirk through an hourglass to stop time for up to 120 seconds/two minutes. Doing so results in her braid turning to sand/forming the hourglass. She doesn't need to physically see the hourglass, as the more time passes the longer her braid gets!
