Hali is a coldhearted, overall very sucky adult male SeaWing who fought as a general for Queen Coral in the War of SandWing Succession. 40 years later he had a daughter, Nymphaea, who he had a deep resentment for as she was a hybrid, the main thing he absolutely despises. 2 years after Nymph, he had a pure SeaWing daughter, Regal Angelfish (Angel). He's often very rude and arrogant towards those less fortunate than him, and a complete suck up to royals / important dragons.
