Billy

Billy is a one of Ivan's ghostly friends from the Midnight Realm. He has an electric touch thanks to how he died.

Death:
One day when he was at high school, he was working in the computer lab. An electrical shock travelled through his headphones and electrocuted him. When he woke up in the Midnight Realm, he gained a yellow glow, and could generate electricity. Mainly through small static shocks. No different than somebody accidentally getting shocked by a doorknob. He also has the ability to mess with electronics by a simple touch.

Ghostly Marks: Because of his death, he has purple marks which look like bolts near his ears. He can make them appear and vanish at will.
