Ventus

A ravenous and highly territorial dragon. It usually inhabits the sides of canyon walls or the likes of desert cliff-sides. Its massive, yet flexible, wings allow it to glide over long distances for hours and preform incredible acrobatic feats when out-maneuvering prey. Although it prefers fresh meat, it will not hesitate to scavenge for carcasses, at times hoarding them and hiding them in crevasses it finds. The horns on its cheeks act like antennae and are able to direct the dragon towards any nearby water sources. The mane, although voluminous, is made of thin, course hairs which create a hissing sounds as it dives or emerges from the sands to attack.
