Adopt rules
- Please be patient with me, English isn't my first language and I have severe social anxiety so it could take a bit for me to reply 🙏
- Please pay within 48h, if not the adopt will go up for offer again (this doesn't include art)
- I don't care if you make nsfw art of my adopts, I'm not a minor so i really couldn't care less lmao
- Please don't sell adopts for more than you got them for (except when the character has extra art)
- Please don't sell/trade/gift any of my characters/adopts to people on my blacklist
- –》If I find out you did that, you will get blacklisted too
- You can change/redesign the adopt however you like
- Please credit me for my art
- You are not allowed to use my art for Nft nor Ai art
- Don't use any of the adopts i made for anything illegal (incest (fontcest/dreammare)/pedophilia/...)
- Please tell me BEFORE trading/selling/gifting away characters!
- Do NOT take my characters off of toyhou.se, if I catch you doing that, you will be blacklisted
Blacklist
- NeahChanArt: They just make me uncomfortable. Nightmare is a big comfort character for me so seeing him so sexualized makes me very uncomfortable.
- NovaMultiverse: Offering on characters that were already sold and still sending the points they offered even tho i told them the character was sold (i did send all the points back)
- Cybergalaxy: I just don't want them to own any characters i make (also Rebornhydra is blacklisted too because of their relationship?) Ip blocked me without explanation or ever having even talked to them? An explanation would have been nice lol
- bugereksiz: asked me to make a copy of my oc as a custom, made me extremely uncomfortable, proshiper (shipping twins & father x son) and i don't want them doing that to my designs
- Floorbunz/Floofbunz: Offered on Nfs/Nft characters multiple times even after getting told off
- NootNootTheBean/Milk/Sugar_Cream: Personal reason, i just don't want them owning characters i make/ made
- Tokyo_06: Almost completely copied mine and multiple other people's characters, traced adopts and is kinda guilt trippy in their "apologies", I do not want ANYONE giving them character from me (Paint_, NesSqueak & Nilan) or they will get blacklisted aswell
Blacklist rules
- Noone on my blacklist is allowed to get characters from me (they can of course keep the characters they already have!)
- If you give/sell/trade/gift a character to someone on my blacklist, you will be blacklisted too
- Offering on Humanverse with get you instantly blacklisted & blocked, these are a comfort to me and will never be for sale, no matter what
