TERMS OF SERVICE.

By owning my characters you agree to my follow these conditions.

• Do not resell any design of mine for more than what is worth… Starting price / Worth of the character depends on how much you bought it for, it should be in the ownership log! + Only personal art & commissions can increase the characters worth. 

• Co owning & Closed trades are not allowed… this is to avoid drama i should not be involved in and i do not have time / mental energy to handle. If i allowed you to co own please only 1 profile per character. please do not separate characters that have alt designs.

• You can change my designs as much as u want as long as its still recognizable as my design! + please do not make “child” / “fusion” / “related” characters w my designs. 

• If you got one of my designs by trading, you cannot sell it. it can only be traded for other characters or art. if you get a design by me as a gift you cannot trade / sell it. you are only allowed to give it away… The monetary worth of the character should be counted by the worth of your Personal Art & Commissions you’ve gotten of the character! Again, trading & gifting reverts the worth to 0.

• I will not tolerate heavily inspiration or stealing. so please do not ask!

• Trading my designs with blacklisted users is a big NO and you will get blacklisted if you trade / gift / sell my designs to them. if this happens you have two choices. I revoke the character (no refund) or you get blacklisted.

BLACKLISTED USERS SHOULD BE IN THE BIO OF Esquite
