By buying/obtaining any design by me you agree to all of the terms of service listed below. Failure to comply will result in a blacklist or warning.

General TOS
- You may redesign and make original/CS AUs of my design. For closed species AUs, you must follow all TOS of the species in question. You must keep my original design in the gallery (can be in a tab) and credit appropriately.
- For commercial rights, please contact me on toyhouse or discord (vilebambi#3374), as I operate on a case-by-case basis regarding this. Without explicit permission from me, you may not use design for any commercial purposes.
- Do not trade, sell, or gift my designs to blacklisted users. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist.
- All sales are final.
Trade/Sell/Gifting TOS
- Do not sell designs for a higher price than they were bought for. If you have BOUGHT extra art, this may be included in resale price.
- Gifting or trading the design is OK, but the monetary value remains the same.
- Monetary value can be calculated by the original price of the design, plus any extra art that was purchased. Inflating the price will result in a blacklist.
Raffle Design TOS
- Free raffle designs all have a monetary value of zero.
- You may not resell raffled designs without extra, purchased art; at which point they are only worth only what the purchased art costs.
- Gifting/trading is allowed.
