✦ Any artwork received by me are to adhere to the following terms including artwork received before any updated version of this TOS
✦ Please read the TOS entirely and carefully before requesting an artwork from me to avoid any issues during the process.
✦ You may not request a commission if you are not comfortable with the terms.
✦ You are not allowed to expose my art to any kind of AI sites as well as use my art for any AI purposes
✦ You are not allowed to use my artwork for NFTs

✦ payment options are paypal and ko-fi only
✦ local payment options available (singapore) paynow/paylah. prices will be converted from usd to sgd
✦ You are allowed to post the artwork that you commissioned/received from me on any site as long as proper credit is given
✦ Personal usage of my artwork is allowed.
✦ You are not allowed to mass produce or profit from my work unless it is a commercial commission or a commercial fee is paid. (please see the commercial tab for more info if interested)
✦ Editing of my artwork is not allowed unless permission is asked, please specify what you intend to edit.
✦ you cannot trace my artwork intending to use it as a 'base' for another artwork.
✦ I reserve the right to turn down your commission request if your request is not within my abilities without any reason
✦ Harrassment for a commission request, bargain for commission prices and innappropriate language is not tolerated and you will be blocked and blacklisted immediately with NO refunds if payment is made. Please do not harrass me with commission updates if the turnaround time has not passed either.
