***(last updated Oct 25, 2023- any characters transferred before this date are only subject to the rules that were in place when the character was originally transferred)***

- if I have a blacklist, please don’t give any of my designs to anybody on it

- editing the design is allowed, however keep it somewhat similar to/recognizable as my original design!

- adding the character to a story, roleplaying with them, using them as a sona, and all that good stuff is fine with me! Have fun with them :D

- adding onto the last point though, I only intend for my designs to be used for personal use! If you’d like to commercialize/make money somehow using my designs (for ex; publishing the character in a book/movie/show, making merch with them, etc) then please contact me!

- don’t use my designs in hateful or illegal depictions (racism/homophobia/zoophilia/antisemitism/etc), this will result in a block and blacklist (having a villain character who does these things is different, as long as their actions are acknowledged as harmful)

- selling my designs for real currency is tentatively allowed AS LONG AS they have enough extra artwork/money spent on them to actually raise the price (personal artwork counts and does add value)! Don’t just sell a design that you got from a trade with no added artwork or something; for characters with no added art/base worth, only gifting and trading is allowed

- do NOT use any of my artwork/designs/characters/etc for NFTs or AI ‘art‘ programs, as I do not support them and don’t want any of my stuff being used in them, whether you own the artwork/design or not- again, you’ll be blocked and blacklisted

- if you decide that you don’t want the character anymore and don’t want to try and trade it away, then please don’t delete them, just send it back to me with a note saying you lost connection with it, I don’t mind at all, I’ll take it back and give them a good home :)
