Lorien

Lorien grew up within the Order of the Stars, an organization that was once dedicated to protecting the Architects. Lorien never knew the Architects, neither did his parents, but his grandfather certainly did and believed full heartedly in them. He told Lorien many stories about them before his death. After Lorien‘s parents where killed hunting down a fugitive dragon he took up the oath as well. Of course these days knights of the order mostly collect Architect artifacts and lock them away, something Lorien feels conflicted about, he thinks they should study these devices to find ways to use them to the benefit of Sollus, but this view often gets him chastised. 

the second thing the knights do… is slay dragons. Dragons where the sworn enemy of the Architects. Lorien is one such hunter, though he’s never even been in a fight with a dragon, he dreams of one day earning his badge of honor and joining the ranks of the round table Knights!

then meeting a certain volatile trash lad named Dro throws a wrench in everything Lorien thinks he knows about dragons, the order and the Architects
