I could lift you up,
I could show you what you wanna see,
And take you where you wanna be,
You could be my luck,
Even if the sky is falling down,
I know that we'll be safe and sound.

-------------------------------------

A fatherly figure to most despite his youth, Chocolate Pretzel is a stallion with a vastly compassionate soul and a kindly, gentle, stare that can leave one feeling warm as if they were sipping from a mug of his finest hot chocolate. The most accurate word that could be used to describe Pretzel is enthusiastic. The lad is a literal ray of sunshine, rarely seen without a smile or a jubilant skip to his step. He chooses to see the positives in rather than let the negatives get him down. The important thing is life still exists, even within a world that isn’t always kind, and where there is life there is hope.

Meticulous and observant, his eye for detail and gingerly nature as well as certain aspects of his background led Pretzel down the path of baking, specifically candies and other baked goods. He could’ve pulled carts or worked in the mines like his father Coal Strike, but no pony in his family could deny that Chocolate Pretzel had a knack for it. His creations are crafted with love and joy for the process with a delicate hoof for someone so large, known for everything from the classics to unique new concoctions that’ve earned his store a reputation as a must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

Generous as he is virtuous, honest yet humble, and most of all, possessing a polite, tranquil demeanor, it’s difficult to find fault with Chocolate Pretzel, but every pony has their flaws. Beneath the surface there is something more; a doormat riddled with self-doubt and anxiety who would rather whisper passive-aggressive comments under his breath than confront anyone, someone driven with conviction by their passions, blinded by their ideals and their own personal code of honor, stubborn as a mule, and struggling internally with ghosts of the pasts, is only scratching the surface.

At heart, however, you won’t meet a more well-intentioned pony.
