Do not enter the forest

The pale white bark foretells death to all who enter. Locals know to keep away; they dare not enter the forest to search for missing loved ones.

Many have sent many champions to slay the beast, but none have prevailed. They live in a stone castle deep in the forest, lurking and hunting any misfortunate souls who enter. Currently, it dotes on their pet wolven.

He oozes a black ichor between the layers of wood that form his body. It's unclear if any of the "original" body of Sterling remains.
