STAND APPEARANCE

「You're At The Party」 is a humanoid Stand resembling a 7ft tall, rail thin woman. Its skin and hair are pitch black with red, pink, and purple outlines defining the details of its body. The Stand's hair flows straight up instead of downwards in resemblance to a candle flame. It wears red hoop earrings (with no visible ears), a blue cocktail dress, red heels, and two sets of decorative black bands barely visible around its legs. Its arms appear to be segmented, like a ball-jointed doll, and its fingers terminate into long red blades. Its face lacks a nose or mouth, consisting only of glowing red eyes with eyeshadow-like markings around them. One eye (which eye it is varies based on the angle which the Stand is viewed from) always gives off a camera flare shine.

STAND PERSONALITY

「You're At The Party」 is a shy Stand who doesn't like being directly perceived by other Stands or their humans. If looked at directly it may attempt to de-summon itself or cover its face. When walking through a crowd of regular people with its Stand Master, it will cower even though it cannot be seen.

It doesn't even seem completely comfortable with its own user; Janet. It prefers to lurk close by instead of standing directly behind or above her like other Stands. It dwells round corners, on top of cabinets, or in otherwise out-of-the-way spots. It still protects her fiercely, often phasing partial into her to give her use of its durability or long claws, but will recoil and hide once the danger has passed.

STAND ABILITIES

「You're At The Party」 has the ability to instantly create a labyrinthine illusion with one chosen target as its epicenter. The illusion takes the form of a gathering- a crowded nightclub, a family reunion, a birthday party- complete with hoards of fake people. It does this with the goal of ensnaring the target and keeping them from escaping. The longer the target remains in the party, the harder it will be to leave.

The illusions it creates start off shallow and unrealistic. The fake people in the immediate vicinity to the target will be fully rendered and friendly, although no one the target knows, but the fake people further away will be of noticeably lower quality. This includes things like randomly milling about, lack of detail on faces and clothing, and 'glitching'. Imagine the 'level of detail' system employed by many older 3D games.

However, the longer a target remains in the illusion, the deeper this Stand is able to dig into their psyche. 「You're At The Party」 will begin using the victim's mind against them by taking their psychic energy to supplement its own like a leech. This process will drain the color out of Stands and weaken them if the target is a Stand user. 「You're At The Party」 may also start pulling fully realized people out of the victim's memories to attend the party. This can take anywhere from days to hours depending on the target's mental fortitude. The target will find it harder to remember/believe that they are trapped in an illusion.

To fully trap its prey, 「You're At The Party」 may simulate the target escaping, a 'false awakening', or bring in dead loved ones as party-goers.

The Stand Master may elect to place real food/drink in the party to sustain the target if she only wishes to keep them contained. Otherwise, they can let the victim eat and drink the illusions 「You're At The Party」 creates until they succumb to thirst. The victim will be too deep in the illusion to feel the pain associated with such a death. If the victim is potentially dangerous,「 You're At The Party」 can blend in with its false party-goers and hunt them down to grant a swift but violent end.

POWER SCORE : C

Despite 「You're At The Party」being able to throw punches that dent steel and cut flesh like butter with its bladed fingers, it's one of the weaker Stands that is still combat appropriate. It would have no problem killing a human, but other Stands would be too much for it to face head on alone (with no trickery or time to drain the Stand's psychic energy). It depends on Janet's sibling's stand, 「TRNDSTTR」, to do the heavy lifting during direct conflicts.

SPEED SCORE : A

「You're At The Party」 is shockingly speedy in its own domain. It can dash through rows of people or between hiding places in a black blur. The construction of a party and ensnarement of prey is nigh instantaneous once the target is within range.

RANGE SCORE : D

Its parties may seem impossibly large from the inside, but from the outside they are typically no larger than 10ft x 10ft.「You're At The Party」 uses its powers of illusion and some clever non-Euclidean geometry to make the target think they're in a much bigger space than they are. It keeps victims shepherded away from the exits by revealing no visible windows or doors. The Stand user must remain in range of target or the party ends.
Please view this video for an example.

PERSISTENCE SCORE : A

「You're At The Party」 can keep up its illusion for as long as its user stays in range of the target, however the user receiving outside items (like necessary food and water) can cause the illusion to waver at the point of insertion. This can tip off targets to the Stand's true nature. If its illusion is broken, 「You're At The Party」 requires a cool down before attempting to re-ensnare a target.

PRECISION SCORE : D~A (time sensitive)
(shown as '?')

「You're At The Party」 gains better insight into its target over time. With enough patience, even people who know its an illusion may want to stay.

POTENTIAL SCORE : D

Janet hasn't used her Stand for more than assassin work since she discovered her abilities. There may be more she could do- especially in regards to creating perfect copies of people from memories- but「You're At The Party」is pretty specific in its function.
