Scramble is a very eccentric man who can definitely be considered creepy by some, considering his obsession with collecting "samples" from other people. These samples can be anything, as long as it contains DNA. The type of sample Scramble prefers to collect though, is blood. Carrying around a few syringes, Scramble is always prepared for any chance he gets to steal a blood sample from anyone interesting he meets. He loves to have a variety and abundance of samples in his collection.
What he uses these samples for? To research and ingest, of course!
Scramble's epithet works in an odd way— His abilities depend on other people. Specifically, their DNA. After ingesting anything that contains one's DNA, Scramble uses his epithet to have that DNA merge with his own, allowing him to use a power that the original person has. For example, say he ingests a wolf sample, out of the several abilities he can receive from that sample, he'll get the ability to transform his hands into claws! Though... Scramble is still pretty weak on his own, so he's not able to do certain things just yet.
But trust me, he wants to develop his epithet so much more. His obsession knows no bounds.
...At least, he holds much respect for his dear twin brother and close friend, Sugar and Leviathan. Scramble may be very hard to predict, but he's very happy to have those who would never judge his questionable acts.
