kobi is VERY active. he tries to participate or engage in most squid sports. when theres a huge game going on, you bet he'll be there! this guy could be one of the most active, upbeat squids you'll ever meet. he loves eating at crusty sean's place after he's done with battles, it's his favorite. he has great enthusiasm, most would consider him to have fun with everything. as he is agent 4, he sometimes accidentally spouts information about his adventures with the squidbeak splatoon. he's very very oblivious which makes him go like "oh haha it was actually a cool dream i had!!" and other inklings are like "oh okay. makes sense"
