Chamelo was a really kind and introverted person, gentle even, ready to help his classmates with some material or guide from the class. Is really interested in the fantastic creatures that roam this school and its surroundings.
He was a student that became friend with an unknown creature in secret. This creature was Eldritch a like Skinwalker creature without a skin who really didn't wanted to steal one or more like it wasn't really sentient to do so.
After finding Chamelo's dead body and taking it. It really became sentient and tried to replicate all Chamelo's life for all that was left in his memories (obviously not perfectly)
He really doesn't like to be caught from this disguise he is using, any word about that makes him really stressed, makes him think that he got caught and needs to take this person away.
Refer to Chamelo when he was alive and Eldritch to the dead Chamelo.
Super Good friends, they are really trusty with each other. The original Chamelo was friends with Eukren but he doesn't suspect too much and thinks that he just got sick and forgotten some things because of it.

I am thinking that his world is kind of like a magic school full of students and fantastic creatures! tho I don't know much about "Harry Potter" myself I guess we can think on that anime "Mashle: Magic and Muscles" You know kind of that essence.
The idea of him having Pokémon are just for fun nothing cannon~
-Trueform is not pretty defined so it kind of looks like a Eldritch sometimes, abstract in some points.
-The Eldritch is using Chamelo's body, his eyes does not shine as a alive person, so make sure to NOT add the shiny in his pupils.
-His blood is green, and sometimes he has nosebleeds when taking off some parts.
-Eldritch is has many functional eyes and mouths, can change the places of it too.
-Unsure what Species is Chamelo as he can look like a Cat or Deer for you.
