Ito can manipulate threads he has on hand through shaping, moving and even combining them. Contact with strings is not needed, however he can only control them for as far as the eye can see. He cannot create threads therefore, if he runs out he's screwed.

Ito's personality may seem complicated at first but once you start reading between the lines, he's a rather simple individual. His always glaring eyes give off a sharp and moody impression, making him hard to approach for some. He'll always reply though, albeit with a coarse tone. It's nothing new for this boy to end up on the troublesome side...his face and attitude are often taken as condescending- and it doesn't help that he calls people names (his favourite: "peasant" and anything along those lines). His outlook on life is uncaring and pessimistic- he thinks everything has already been laid out for him and that it's better to expect the worst than to create false hope. However, one thing that affects him greatly is emotional people. Whether someone be exploding with anger at him or bursting in tears, it never ceases to surprise him. Taken aback and immediately reflecting, he will feel compelled to fix his wrong-doings. The main problem here being that he isn't the best at saying the right words...nonetheless, he will do his best to empathize. Ito isn't exactly trusting but he can acknowledge one's hard work and forgive mistakes, since there's no point holding onto grudges. Although he is moody by default, he is no doubt adaptable and will adjust to situations promptly- maybe with one or two complaints in the process (i.e at home, he turns compliant and placid due to his family's presence).

⇝The best way for him to relieve stress, sadness or anger is to eat the super spicy noodles at 「ホットスパイシー」"Hotto supaishii" (pun on 'Hot and [to/と/ト] Spicy') shop down the street so that he cries his eyes out from the burn of his throat-- it helps him relieve tension and emotion (since he prefers not to vent it out on those around him)
