Amelia
About
Amelia is a Pokémon researcher, who travels the regions to fill the pokédex and learn more about Pokémon.
Amelia is rather timid but friendly and very caring. She loves traveling, especially through forests and vasts fields of nature. She is very interested in the myths and history of Sinnoh, always eager to learn something new, so she finds joy in exploring old ruins on her journey and reading books.

Backstory
Amelia was born to her parents, Danielle and Kent, in Eterna City in the Sinnoh Region. She spent most of her childhood around the Pokémon at their home, as her Mother works as a Pokémon Breeder. One day, she found a lost Eevee in the Eterna Forest and decided to bring her to her Mum to care for her. The Eevee then stayed with her, it was Amelia's first Pokémon. She gave her the nickname "Fay".
At 12 years, Amelia was encouraged by her friend, Professor Rowan's assistant, to travel the region to fill the pokédex and gather information about all kinds of Pokémon. She tries Pokémon battles in Gyms, but later decides that she rather researches Pokémon instead. She also loves to learn more about the history & myths of the Sinnoh Region. After her journey through Sinnoh she visits the Eterna Forest again. Fay feels ready for change so she evolves to Leafeon.
Amelia later travels Johto & Kanto to see more new Pokémon and meets new friends, such as Ethan, who helps her to get better at Pokémon battles.
Traveling with N
Her journey leads her to the Unova Region, to proceed her research. In Accumula Town she first meets the mysterious N, who is able to speak to Pokémon. He is interested in what her Leafeon, Fay, has to say, so he accompanies her as they're both on the same way to Nimbasa City. They develop a close friendship. Amelia is shocked when she finds out in the ferris wheel in Nimbasa City that N is the King of Team Plasma. Their paths separate but Amelia never stops to find N and tries to talk to him. At his castle with the help of Reshiram she can convince N that what Ghetsis and Team Plasma are about to do is wrong. She refused to battle N as she knows that he doesn't like Pokémon battles. After they defeat Ghetsis together, they go separate paths but meet again in Sinnoh! Amelia shows N her hometown and the Eterna Forest. She realizes there that she feels more for him than just friendship, but is too scared to confess to him.
After their adventure in Unova, they travel to Kalos together. In Lumiose City Amelia finally confesses her feelings to him, which he returns…

Pokémon
Fay (Leafeon)
She found Fay as an Eevee in Eterna Forest and they became best friends since then. She was very shy and insecure, not feeling well about pkmn battles. During their travel together both grew and then Fay also felt ready to evolve. She evolved at the place of their first meeting to Leafeon.
Cassian (Luxray)
Cassian is the protector of the team. As a Shinx he wasn't able to protect himself and his friends from an organization called Team Galactic. Amelia found him and patched him up again. He decided to try even harder and shield his new family with more hard training.
Hoku (Staraptor)
Amelia met Hoku as a Starly in Eterna Forest on her way to Sandgem town to meet Professor Rowan. The small bird Pokémon took a liking on her and Fay and followed her around the forest. He even helped them to find the right path, when they got lost. Hoku is very loyal and acute observer.
Avalon (Lucario)
Avalon hatched from an egg, which Amelia received from Riley on the Iron Island. She is very eager to get stronger and better at fighting, so Amelia trained with her until she evolved to Lucario. She is one of Amelia's strongest team members.
Indigo (Lapras)
She's the “calm anchor” of the team. Peaceful, kind hearted and caring. Amelia rescued her from pkmn hunter in Johto. She carries Amelia and friends over the water to reach new islands.
Zorua
Zorua hatched from an egg, which N gifted her for their beginning friendship. He is a little mischievous and likes to change his appearance through illusions to make fun of Amelia. He acts like a little brother to N's Zoroark.
Relationships

They met for the first time in Accumula Town, traveled together, separated and found each other again. Their relationship was put to the test due to N's beliefs as the King of Team Plasma. But after he realized he's been manipulated the whole time, he wants to travel to other regions, get to know more people and Pokémon - by Amelia's side. They become travel partners, best friends and lovers.
