Brought to life by the King of the Nāga, Nāgarāja (found in hindu mythology) the spirit of the guardian Vali was born, her purpose is to protect whoever is deemed worthy of being her charge.
Vali was created with the soul of a loyal canine and two Indian cobras being fused together, through her amber eye she can see the good in the world and where to guild her charge, and through her teal eye she can see the bad in the world and which ways to avoid with her charge.
Her cobra's possess the same abilities though they do not have their own minds, they are simply extensions of Vali's consciousness.
Vali can only be seen by her current charge or whoever she reveals herself to, she's kind hearted and has had a long history being fantastic familiar for a great many souls building them through life and watching them move on before finding a new charge after each cycle.
