✦ ARTIST'S RIGHTS ON DESIGN 

• i reserve the right to publish, post, record and livestream the design PROCESS to share and promote on any platform.
• i reserve the right to decline or refund a custom request for any reason.
• altough i will never use them due to ownership, i retain copyright to all of my designs unless an arrangement has been made and commercial fees are paid. (redesigns are not applicable) 

✦ CLIENT'S USE AND UNDERSTANDING ON DESIGN OWNERSHIP

• client must own a toyhou.se account and agreed to make them before requesting a custom design. 
• client agrees that all of my custom designs are strictly for personal use and does not have the right to resell the design for higher price, make merch to gain profit, use for streaming, etc.
• client agrees not to resell the design for a higher price unless a commissioned art is added. (gift art is not applicable for added value. personal art may be applicable for added value depends on client's commission prices and such)
• commercial rights of design can be discussed before or after ownership transfer and must be purchased to own full rights of the character.
• clients are allowed to trade, sell, change and redesign to any extent.
• client agrees not to use my designs to advocate hate, fetishes and all things considered sensitive and uncomfortable
• client agrees not to duplicate or taking off the design out of toyhou.se
• client agrees to still credit me as the artist/creator of the design even if ownership and rights has been transferred. 
• client agrees not to trade my designs to blacklisted users (none atm)

✦ COMMERCIAL FEE ESTIMATION

🐇 full commercial: merchandise, physical goods, advertisement, prints, anything. (x2 to x3 added fee in addition to the original custom/adopt cost depending on use and situation) 

**some terms may not be applicable to closed species designs.**
