Perennial is the heiress to the Coastal Moon Kingdom. She is a rather arrogant, self-absorbed dragon suffering from a lack of direction in life and a fear of becoming Queen. She can have a soft heart at times, though, and is fiercely passionate when it comes to matters of justice. At some point, she is involved in an accident and develops immortality, and struggles to know what to do with it.
