Fallen Aasimar : Chaotic Good
An evil god, on the brink of death, shatters himself and places remnants of his corruption into as many of the citizens of Zenith’s home kingdom as he can, hoping to spread decay and carnage with what little is left of him. Those who were chosen were nearly all human before it happened, their bodies warping and shifting along with their minds to reflect the power that they have been bestowed.
Now filled with a horrible taste for violence regardless of personal desire, the kingdom ordered their murders to be swift, efficient and, most importantly, secret.
Since news of this has been closely guarded, Zenith has fled to the protection of another kingdom's military; serving a population that doesn’t realize what they are so that they might make themself hard to kill without revealing the King’s shortcomings.
