- You can alter the design I've made to what you prefer, changing genders, species, etc! Please keep the moon marking on the forehoof - if you want to discuss this design mark, DM me!

- When you post them online for the first time, please make sure I'm credited for the design, as well as credited on any hosting site or wherever their reference image and character is stored! (i.e Toyhouse)

- If the species allows for it, you may adapt my design into someone else's closed species *with their express permission to do so.* I'm not sure if it's a thing, but I don't really mind what you do with it.

- Please do not sell it for more than you purchased it from me for, until you get more art for the character design. Just please don't buy adopts with the intent of directly reselling them for more :( If you draw art pieces for them, then that's alright.

- If you want to sell your ocs back to me, send me a message and I'll see if I'm interested in getting the design back! I won't necessarily keep them, and there's no guarantee that I won't sell them to someone else later down the road. (I try to keep the pony designs I have though!)

- I cannot take back an adopt you have received, but I can blacklist you from any of my future adopts!

- Please do not make feral NSFW of any adopts you get from me, this is one thing guaranteed to get you blacklisted.

- selling/trading/gifting my designs to people on my blacklist will get you blocked and possibly blacklisted.
