Somehow a cat made her way in here? Doesn't matter, she's cool!

Made of water, she's cool and refreshing, almost always chilled out. Loves to lounge about, especially outside by the pool in a patch on sunlight, holding some iced lemonade. This is one cat that ain't afraid of water! Not only can she control it, she loves to swim, and often uses her abilities to do little more than make lazy rivers or water spouts to play in.
