A very well and soft-spoken young lady, Bluebell's whole demeanour vibrates of gentleness and cheerfulness. As an Aquever, her whole character is to remain pacifistic and open-minded to all things around her, an enemy to the minds of narrowness and the restrictiveness of people. Consists of a fine vocabulary and seldom makes use of profanities and filthy speech. Rarely rude and discourteous, and should she find herself in a dispute, Bluebell still retains herself in a fine but firm, respectful voice.

As a crown princess, Bluebell meets herself with the small burden of accommodating to a perfect image of all times. Considerably insecure at times and sometimes long to be free from her royal duties. However, Bluebell knows of her fate handed to her, aware of its importance and sees herself to the royal responsibility and obligation.

Being of an Aquever of Kodenshui, Bluebell naturally draws herself into the arts of ancient entertainments and music, holding a very significant  role to their culture, valuing these traditions to their hearts. They are shown to be very naturally talented and proficient in singing, akin to sirens, and has honed centuries old arts of water shows performed from generations to generations, in which they seek great joy from. As of this, Bluebell devotes to her singing abilities, as well as finding great delight in performing ancient theater plays with her other noble peers. (Note: The theater plays are inspired by Kabuki theater, a Japanese traditional theatre form)

As an Aquever, Bluebell bears a natural water-stone/pearl sprouting at her tailtip. The water-stone is of an important water-aspected bodily component of her species, a distinguishable trait and soul-bound. Essentially a physical energy cell which can store her powers, which role is to grant her access to her water abilities. This means it is  from here Bluebell conjures her water-magicks, and can be weaved and controlled in any manner and as far her own creativity allows her to. Her water-magicks cannot be conjured anywhere else on her body, nor can she "breathe" water. This said, Bluebell also cannot manipulate bodies of waters that are not of her own creation, rendering her complete self-reliant, but offsets the need of environmental factors.

In terms of combat, Aquevers generally dislike war and conflicts (followed by their pacifistic and semi-isolationistic policies), thus do they not often draw themselves into dangerous strives with other nations, nor do they wish to participate in physical fights and other dangersome encounters. Though should circumstances demand it a necessity, Aquevers do have a battle  equivalent of their water ribbon arts (think of ribbon dancing). It's a battle form akin to their usual elegant ribbon dancing by using their conjured water-magicks by their tail, though developed with the thought of martial disciplines and musical rhythms to halt any befound outside of these elegant but ferocious footfalls.

Bluebell has attained this battle stance at a somewhat moderate-level, should she need to perform self-defense, however far from having fully mastered this discipline of combat.
