Cannot be transferred for any reason.

do not delete and recreate my designs or characters.
do not resell my designs/characters.
if you would like to rehome whoever you recieve, notify and get my permission first.
if you put the character on authorized only, please authorize me so i can still see the character.
if someone who i am on bad terms with owns one of my designs/characters please alert me.
ill be able to put a character on hold for a week, unless you tell me that you need more time.
