Mnmosyne is a reclusive goddess who rarely smiles on any-- but Yaqut was an exception. Driven to desperation by despair, refusing to mourn for friends she couldn't bear to let go, she reached out to the goddess of wisdom and offered a deal. In exchange for her friends lives being spared, she would do anything. Anything at all. No matter what it may be. And the goddess, despite hearing many such prayers in many such situations, was intrigued, and took her offer. And thus began her new, immortal life of eternal servitude. Becoming less of an emissary and more of a personal assassin-- but that was fine. Any price was fine to pay. And when she's tasked with eliminating Neelum, she doesn't hesitate.
