Story
A cybernetic creature with only her brain alive, while rest of her body is mechanical. Jesse does not remember anything from before, and her first memories begin with the fact that she finds herself in a landfill in a terrible state, and next to her was Static (how she called it) - a battery creature, which has become a source of energy for her (Jesse doesn't know if they were originally together, or if Static found her in a landfill).
She has some knowledge and skills that she has always had, like the ability to play the mandolin and repair cars. Using the latter, she managed to get a job at an auto repair shop, where she still works (but she tried different jobs before, such as pizza dilevery and waiter). She does tries to live in the present, but her past still bothers her, and she tries to learn more about it (not successful yet). (Although sometimes she has strange incomprehensible nightmares that she cannot explain).
Over time, she manages to get very fragmentary information about the murder of a girl which happened near a old secret research center (currently abandoned and destroyed), and whose body was only partially found. This information touches something inside Jesse, and she tries to find out as much as possible, but to no avail.
