02 β PERSONALITY
Unnoticed by their own classmates, teachers and any other strangers, Yasu often skips classes to attend shows. They're a loud and talented screenwriter, but their scripts are often too dark and complex. They're also the developer of an unpopular but promising video game, which Nene is extremely passionate about.
Yasu is mainly sarcastic and teasing. They tend to hide their true feelings and numerous insecurities behind this mocking and bubbly behaviour. They can also be quite diligent and even perfectionist when it comes to something they're interested in and completely apathetic with anything else. Usually Yasu prefers to not take the slightest risk, but in the right mood they can be pretty chaotic. Being a big pessimist, Yasu can still say the darkest and rudest things with a sweet smile. Often it's difficult to say whether they are serious.
Obviously, after years of "ghost" life Yasu is totally socially unadapted. They often don't understand social norms, other people's intonations or hints, boundaries and etc. This is disgustingly combined with their constant friendly banters.

03 β STORY
CHILDHOOD
Raised without a father in a poor family, Yasu forced themselves to study tirelessly to help it from an early age. As a result, they were quiet and had no friends among their classmates. Gradually, they became even invisible to everyone in the middle school.
They started skipping classes, although they continued to have good grades, having difficulty with teachers that often did not recognize them. In class, Yasu were still not noticed even when they were present, so they often went to watch various shows and concerts, dreaming of participating in something like this.
However, they did not have enough charisma obviously, so they began to invest in the development of video games with a complex plot and conceptual gameplay to express their feelings. It did not find much success among most players, but it became very popular with those who could relate to it or simply was interested in true meaning, including Nene.

Yasu's zodiac sign is Scorpio.

They are quite fluent in English and can speak French a little bit.

They have really bad memory for things that do not concern them directly or that they are not interested in.

They are pretty good at drawing since they had to do the whole game's visual by themselves.

They have absolutely no ear for music. However, they can write pretty good lyrics.

They are frighteningly good at math and can count complex numbers in their mind in seconds.

They often stay at other Wonderlands x Showtime's members' places for a night since they really don't like it home. The only exception is Emu since Yasu feels a bit guilty about staying at such rich place.

They write their scripts while listening to 25ji's music and are a fan of it overall.
05 β RELATIONSHIPS

Even though Tsukasa is Yasu's classmate, he never noticed them, like all of Yasu's other classmates. He feels guilty about it, so sometimes he overdo it in order to make them feel more comfortable in Wonderlands x Showtime and in their class. Yasu is often quite embarrassed by this, but they are actually very grateful to him.
When Yasu feels truly comfortable, their voice can be louder even than Tsukasa's, which he always points out and does not understand the judgmental looks of the other members of the group.

Emu often compares Yasu's smile with Mafuyu's, but notes that Yasu's smile is sad rather than frightening like Mafuyu's. She always notices details in their plots, even though she can't explain them. Yasu, in return, is fascinated by how always cheerful Emu accepts their dark plots.
Yasu feels guilty about not being able to say Wonderhoy without coughing. They call it a curse that will separate them one day.

Nene is genuinely surprised that Yasu, a student at the same school with her, is the developer of one of her favorite video games that are not fighting or shooter. She often looks for ways to ask them about the details of the development or the meaning of the plot.
Yasu teases her by telling her the exact opposite of what they said earlier, checking how she listens. Rui keeps telling them to stop it, but they can't resist.

In terms of plot development, they understand each other perfectly. Rui does perfect job on "softening" Yasu's plots without many significant changes, for which Yasu is grateful to him. Rui also understands most of Yasu's feelings, hidden under a sarcastic smile, and constantly prevents them from escaping literally or from a particular topic. Yasu feels most comfortable in Rui's company to simply sit and do their own things.
Sometimes Yasu comes to school just to pick up Rui's food with vegetables and leave. Most often, without his knowledge.

Since Yasu often stays at Tenma's place, it's obvious Saki and they know each other. Even more, they seem to get along just fine, so sometimes Saki even "steals" Yasu from Tsukasa, both planning a lot of things to do with them.
Saki loves to try on accessories from her collection on Yasu, sincerely believing that everything suits them. Although Yasu refuses to take anything and wear it on a permanent basis due to simple inconvenience, they can't be seen without a hairpin in the Tenma's house.

From Rui's recommendation, Yasu asked Mizuki to make them a stage costume based on their idea.
Although Mizuki doesn't know Yasu personally at all, Yasu themselves know Mizuki from their conversation with Rui they overheard. They often think about talking to Mizuki after they find out that they are also skipping school, but for some reason they have too high an opinion of them to start a conversation.
