rules on design: do not resell more expensive without any arts/works/etc.
Knows everything that happens in the town, has an informant everywhere that there is a spider. Generally doesn't let on that he knows everything nor does he give away how he comes by the information when he does give information. If everyone knew he had spider spies, the tactic would be ineffective.
