Yingwu was born to a family of wealthy bird folk with long-standing merchantile status in Liyue. Being the second son, he dodged the responsibility of continuing the family business, but also came with inferiority complex with father paying more attention to the older brother. Personally Yingwu doesn't really care for the false politeness or politics of the business world, he'd rather just be his geniune self. Yingwu has been suffering from unpredictable joint and muscle pains alongside migraines since childhood. The cause to them is unknown, but the modern day medicine knows the issue by the name of the Lyme disease. Medication is mostly just treating the current symptoms, which means he can rarely prevent the issues from suddenly appearing. In a sense it's a good thing he doesn't need to participate in every business meeting or feel as guilty for missing some as he would if he was the oldest child instead. Some days he can barely find the spoons to take care of himself. Living alone doesn't really help the matter, but luckily Yingwu is in generally good terms with his siblings and visits are frequent.

On good days one might spot Yingwu up and about in the tea houses and bookshops of Liyue Harbour.

Vision

The electro vision is a matter of pride for Yingwu. Although a recent addition he still doesn't fully control and thus avoids serious combat, he trains whenever he is capable. Unpredictable muscle and joint pains do make it somewhat difficult, especially when it comes to polearm use classes to go along with the elemental energy control.
