Li Xuanye is the first born son of the Li family, a clan well known for its cultivation skills and prowess in the battlefield. Utterly spoiled by his parents for he was a child they had long waited for he returned thier love in his dediaction to martial arts and cultivation. Not so much in studies though.

When LXH puts his mind into doing something, he will make sure to try his best to achieve it. He's the type to try about anything though as any other person, he's got his limits. Usually he uses this drive to help out within the household's affairs.
Quiet / Introverted
LXH is a man of few, almost no, words. He much rather stay at home than go out into a busy street, if he needs to buy something he will probably send a servant with a list than try and talk to the merchants.
Emotionally inept
Due to spending most of his years shut inside his home, LXH has a hard work perceiving other people's as well as his own emotions. He pretty much needs to be guided by the hand to deal with affairs of the heart
Stubborn
Quite like the rest of his family, LXH will bash heads with about anyone if he's got some idea stuck in his head
Closed off
LXH has always had a hard time opening up to others, even his own family who are pretty much the only people he's close with.
Overachiever
Being weak to other's praise, LXH will do his best to overwork and do whatever he cans to feel like he can help out in some way.
Weak to other's opinions / Inferiority Complex
Though it wouldnt seem as such, LXH is extremely sensible of what other people say about him, which is mostly comparisons drawn between him and his elder brother. And even when no one's doing it, he'll constantly feel much inferior to his brother even when both had differing weaknesses and strengths.

Yang Lian is the son of a Huli Jing mother and a human father. From the moment he was born, he spent most of his time wandering from place to place. His mother and he tried to settle down close to a human village but were driven out after Yang Lian "cursed" several people and even a young cultivator. He certainly didn't get the chance to clear things up. Nevertheless he still lives among humans in the mortal realm where he runs a little teahouse. Though it's usually his mother who manages the business since he will take unexpected trips every now and then.

Li Xuanye's beloved little brother. He tends to be rather overprotective of him.

Li Xuanye get's along well with his mother though he tends to struggle to understand her at times.
Li Huangsong (离 谎松)

Li Xuanye gets along better with his father and his outspoken nature though this has lead to more than a couple arguements that could have been avoided if either knew how to keep his mouth shut.
